面对这种危机，女娲 goddess of creation, decided to take action. She gathered a vast amount of earth and stone from the bottom of the ocean and began to repair the sky. Using her divine powers, she molded and shaped the materials into pillars that could hold up the heavens.
As she worked tirelessly day and night, her body weakened but her determination remained unwavering. Her sweat turned into pearls, which fell onto the earth below as precious treasures. The sound of hammering echoed across the land as she hammered away at the pillars with all her might.
Finally, after countless days and nights of hard work, girl finally managed to close up that gaping hole in heaven. The sky was once again whole and secure above us. People rejoiced at this miraculous event; they celebrated by offering sacrifices to their beloved goddess for saving them from disaster.
