中国古代神话故事英语我来告诉你一个关于后羿射日的超酷故事
Hey there! Are you ready to dive into the fascinating world of Chinese ancient mythology? Let's explore a super cool story about "Shooting the Sun" with me!
In China, where dragons and phoenixes soar through the skies, and wise emperors rule over their kingdoms with justice, there lies a legend that will take your breath away. It's called "后羿射日" (Hòu Yì Shè Rì) or "How I Shot the Sun." Yes, you read that right – shooting the sun! But don't worry; this isn't about trying to make it go dark early in the day.
Our hero is none other than Hou Yi (后羿), an incredible archer who lived during China's Han Dynasty. He was so skilled at shooting arrows that he could hit any target from miles away. His fame spread far and wide across all four seas.
One day, ten beautiful goddesses appeared on earth to test Hou Yi's strength and courage. They were known as The Ten Suns (十日). Each of them represented one day of a week in our modern calendar – Monday through Sunday.
These goddesses were so powerful that they decided to descend upon Earth and wreak havoc by burning everything in sight. People cowered under their fiery wrath as crops burned down to ashes, rivers boiled dry, and even trees turned into charcoal.
The gods themselves grew worried for humanity's fate when they saw these destructive forces ravaging their creations. So they sent Hou Yi on a mission: defeat The Ten Suns before it was too late!
Hou Yi knew his task wouldn't be easy but he accepted it bravely nonetheless. With his trusty bow made from rare wood infused with dragon magic and arrows imbued with heavenly power, he set out on his journey against these divine enemies.
As each sun descended onto Earth, Hou Yi would shoot her down using his legendary skillful aim without blinking twice! One after another fell until only two remained – Monday through Tuesday or what we now know as Suo Nü () - Red Girl - representing Wednesday or Xiang Ling () - Beautiful Girl representing Friday or Shan Mei () - Mountain Beauty representing Saturday
But then something unexpected happened...
Red Girl asked him why she had been defeated by him while Beautiful Girl pleaded not to kill her because she still had much more love left for humans... Both requested mercy from this brave man who saved humanity from destruction...
Seeing how pitifully weak both looked before him , especially Red Girl whose tears moved even gods' hearts ,and knowing no human has ever seen such beautiful creatures fall like leaves ,he decided not only spare them but also marry Red girl & keep Beautiful girl as friend .
And thus began an era where people lived peacefully alongside celestial beings like never before—thanks entirely due credit given towards our hero; Mr.HouYi —who showed us all what true bravery means when faced against impossible odds .His name became synonymous with bravery & kindness among mortals .
From then onwards till eternity shall we remember tales like those of How I Shot The Sun—tales which remind us daily just how much beauty can be found within darkness itself
So here comes my parting advice:
No matter how difficult life gets,
always keep faith alive
and never forget stories
that tell us about heroes,
like Mr.HouYi,
who once shot down
the very sky itself
to save everyone around,
including those most precious ones near home—
for we are all together
in this big universe
we call home 🌟🌍🙏
